The Illicit Capital Exclusion Protocol: We maintain a strict prohibition against engagement with capital sources deemed "toxic." We prioritize the source of the capital over the volume of the fee.

Srujan Dhawale is the Founder & CEO of Vivarium Strategy. A corporate turnaround specialist and McKinsey Forward alumnus, he operates on the frontier of "Systemic Design" and "Financial Architecture."

Prior to founding Vivarium, Srujan architected the operational optimization for a ₹800 Cr Division at Gabriel India (Anand Group), delivering leadership-certified strategic frameworks.
